The specialized 24/7 Support Service provides our customers with the assistance needed to minimize the recovery time in the event of a system failure or malfunction. Also, the proactive monitoring activity ensures a significant reduction of any disruption of service.

The remote tier 2 support team can be reached 24/7 and will perform any corrective action within the agreed SLAs.

The Service is provided from a dedicated Control Room parted among Italy and New Zealand. This reacts to the urgencies of each client related to issues of service availability (reactivity) and also provides specific reporting of the monitoring systems (proactivity).
